Publicly available business contact details: trading name, address, phone number, business email address, opening hours, information published on the business's own website. This data is collected from public sources (the business's website, directories, official registers, OpenStreetMap). Legal basis: legitimate interest in offering a service directly related to the recipient's activity.

Clients

Contact details and content provided for building the website. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Client area

The email address entered is used solely to send a sign-in link. No session is stored on our servers: the link carries its own validity and expires after one hour.

Retention periods

• Prospects who never replied: twelve months at most after the last contact.
• Objection requests: the address is kept on a suppression list, solely to avoid contacting you again.
• Clients: for the duration of the contract, then for the applicable accounting retention period.

Recipients

Data is never sold or transferred for value. It is processed by our technical providers: Vercel (hosting, United States), Infomaniak (email, Switzerland), Snov.io (message sending and tracking), Stripe (payment). Transfers outside the European Union are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability under the General Data Protection Regulation. Write to contact@belle-enseigne.com: we respond within thirty days.

Every prospecting message includes an immediate opt-out: reply STOP and your address is removed within forty-eight hours, with written confirmation. The corresponding demonstration page is deleted.

You may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in France the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (cnil.fr).

Trackers

This website sets no advertising cookies and no analytics trackers. Any settings you apply to a demonstration page are stored in your browser, on your device, and are not sent to us.
