Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

These terms govern the sale, by BlitzBuildWeb LLC trading as Belle Enseigne (the "Provider"), of showcase websites to businesses (the "Client"). Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. The service

The Provider builds and publishes a showcase website of at least two pages, designed for mobile use, including contact details, opening hours with live open/closed status, directions, and a presentation of the Client's services.

A demonstration page may be built and shown to the Client before any order, based on publicly available information. It is not indexed by search engines and is removed free of charge upon first request.

3. Pricing

Website creation is invoiced at €500 per order. The monthly maintenance subscription is invoiced at €29 per month and covers the domain name, hosting, security certificate and routine content changes.

Prices are in euros. As the Provider is established outside the European Union, value added tax is not charged on the invoice; a VAT-registered Client accounts for the tax under the reverse charge mechanism where applicable.

4. Order and payment

The order is formed upon online payment by card through the payment provider Stripe. The Provider neither collects nor stores any card details. Payment is never requested by transfer to a private individual.

The monthly subscription starts when the site goes live and renews monthly by tacit agreement.

5. Timelines

Publication takes place within an indicative period of forty-eight business hours from payment and receipt of the required materials (photographs, chosen domain name, corrections). This period is suspended until those materials are provided.

6. Client obligations

The Client warrants that they hold the rights to the text, images and trademarks they supply, and indemnifies the Provider against any related claim. The Client undertakes to provide accurate information, in particular opening hours and contact details.

7. Revisions

One round of revisions is included within seven days of going live. Beyond that, routine content changes (hours, prices, wording, holidays) remain covered by the subscription. Changes that alter the structure or add features are quoted separately.

8. Right of withdrawal

As the contract is concluded between businesses for the purposes of the Client's activity, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply. The Provider nevertheless grants, as a contractual right, a period of seven days from payment during which the Client may cancel and obtain a full refund of the creation fee, excluding domain name costs already incurred.

9. Term and termination

The subscription has no minimum term. It may be terminated at any time by email, effective at the end of the current month. No pro rata refund is due for the month in progress.

Upon termination, the Provider returns the website files to the Client and transfers the domain name into the Client's name, free of charge, within thirty days.

10. Liability

The Provider is bound by an obligation of means. No commercial result, search engine ranking or increase in footfall is guaranteed. Liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the Client over the preceding twelve months.

The Provider is not liable for interruptions attributable to the hosting provider, the domain registrar or the network.

11. Ownership

Upon full payment, the Client holds full rights of use over the website built for them and over its domain name. The Provider retains ownership of its tools, templates and reusable technical components.

12. Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law for any Client established in France. In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before any action. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts.
